The Office provides complex corporate advisory services to entrepreneurs, both domestic and foreign. The scope of services ranges from the negotiations stage preceding the establishment of a company, through the drafting of essential organizational documents to the registration of the company in the relevant entrepreneurs register of the National Court Register. The Office offers legal assistance during the entity’s operating stage up to the stage of the cessation of business activity and the deletion of the entity from the National Court Register.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- providing complex legal assistance to entrepreneurs,
- preparation of documentation for the registration procedure,
- handling the registration of companies in the National Court Register,
- issuing opinions on and drafting company incorporation acts, contracts and statutes,
- providing legal support during shareholders meetings, general shareholders meetings, management board meetings and supervisory board meetings.
