• assistance with obtaining compensation under the procedures for the liquidation of damages caused during national and international transport (CMR Convention),
• comprehensive liquidation of damages through the handling of communication with the Client (both domestic and foreign) and the Insurer,
• legal assessment of the internal acts of transport service providing entities,
• providing legal opinions on agreements and commercial contracts,
• legal representation in both pre-litigation proceedings and the litigation for the compensation for damage resulting from improper execution of civil law contracts concluded by the carriers, transport damage.
